Writing Standard 6 - Use of Technology:
Use technology, including the Internet, to produce and publish writing and to interact and collaborate with others.

Fundamentally, people who meet this standard demonstrate facility using literacy tools, rather than demonstrating mastery of specific cognitive strategies.
